Fitness & Shows (Garden Sports entertainers): Entertainers specialized in fitness and specific sport activities. Applicants should have a sports education related to fitness (FITNESS INSTRUCTORS, PHYSICAL EDUCATION SPECIALIZED IN FITNESS) and outdoors. Pilates, yoga, aerobic, step, pump, Zumba, body pump, body balance.

Other requirements, in addition to those mentioned above:

• Previous experience in hotel entertainment is not required (except for candidates for Chiefs positions).
• Applicants for fitness and Kid's Entertainment should be educated and attach proof of experience and references for each position.
• Besides your mother tongue, we look for English speakers (minimum B2 level) with knowledge (minimum B1 level) in some of the following languages: Spanish, German, French, Polish, Danish, Dutch, Swedish, Czech, Portuguese, Italian. No certification needed. Languages will be tested during the recruitment day.
• Experience in dancing, classic and modern dance, will be appreciated.
• A valid European passport.
• Enthusiast, open-minded, and teamwork minded!!!! Willing to learn and entertain other people. All applicants must have the ability to entertain our guests in the evenings participating in mini-discos, dancing shows, comedy nights, and game shows.

We offer:

• The chance to work in a 3-4 star hotel in Majorca, Ibiza, Menorca, or Andalusia, mainland Spain, during the summer. In family hotels or adults-only hotels.
• Legal EU contract from the first of May (Right after the training period. 5 and a half months - 6 months).
• Salary according to the collective agreement for the Hospitality industry in the Balearic Islands. Minimum ?1.895 gross/month for animators working with Garden Hotels for the first time.
• Accommodation and meals provided by the company in one of our hotels or shared apartments with the rest of your team.
• Paid Social Security during your contract.
• Private insurance during contract in case of accidents at work.
• Paid flights (once the contract is completed, up to a maximum of ?100 per journey, upon completion of the season).

• Previous selective training course free of charge: From the 13th of April till the 01th of May 2026. (Hotel openings determine the availability of dates).

• Required availability: between the 13th of April and the 31st of October 2026. (Not shorter periods are accepted).
